👉How much CBG should I take?
Much like other beneficial cannabinoids, many different factors come into play when calculating a therapeutic dose of CBG, from your BMI to your tolerance levels. We always suggest consulting with a qualified health professional before consuming any of our products, and CBG is no different. That said, this isn’t a dangerous chemical to be measured within a fraction of a milligram. Feel free to adjust your dosage as you see fit, without fear of any nasty side effects. As a general rule of thumb, 25mg (roughly 1/8th of a tablespoon) of CBD is a solid baseline to work from. To help you calculate, every strain of organic hemp grown by Cascadia Blooms comes with a full 3rd party lab report as standard. This allows you to choose what works for you with confidence. Interestingly high THC cannabis strains will usually contain low amounts of CBG, whereas high CBD strains generally contain far higher levels. With this in mind, customer favorites such as Suver Haze will serve you well.

👉Does CBG make you high?
As you may have gathered during this article, CBG is non-psychoactive. In layman’s terms, this means it doesn’t get you high. Unlike THC, CBG is unlikely to impair you in any way, instead working in harmony with your body and mind to potentially alleviate pain, reduce anxiety, and allow you to sleep restfully.
